Stendörren’s ambition with its sustainability work is not just to meet expectations from different groups of stakeholders. The company also wants to be at the forefront when it comes to creating sustainable solutions for society in the segments warehousing, logistics and light industry, and thereby contribute to solving the challenges society faces. Therefore, Stendörren has developed a strategy for proactivity and positive value creation with a focus on energy efficiency, accelerated the work with certification of properties and sustainability-linked financing.

In 2015, world leaders signed the 2030 Agenda, which includes the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). To achieve these goals, collective efforts are required at global, national and local levels. All companies are therefore urged to include the SDGs in both their strategy and reporting. Stendörren supports the goals of the 2030 Agenda and has identified eight SDGs with direct or indirect connection to the company’s sustainability strategy and where Stendörren’s activities will make a significant contribution.
