Stendörren acquires a warehouse asset in the Copenhagen region for SEK 69 million

Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has acquired the warehouse asset Svalehøjvej 17 in Ølstykke, from a private seller. The total property value is DKK 48 million, corresponding to circa SEK 69 million, and the total lettable area is 5 325 sq m. The asset is fully let to one tenant on a ten-year lease. Post the acquisition Stendörren’s portfolio in the Copenhagen region amounts to ten assets with a total lettable area of circa 36 000 sq m. The closing is expected to take place on the 1st of December 2022.
