Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has signed a seven-year lease agreement with Lagerstedts Bilservice AB regarding premises in the property Blixtlampan 1 in Högdalen, Stockholm. The agreement covers approximately 2,000 sqm and the premises will mainly be used for car damage repair. Lagerstedts is an existing tenant of Stendörren and is now further expanding within the company’s property portfolio in the area. In connection with this lease, a previously leased significantly smaller premises will be vacated.

Högdalen is an area with excellent transport connections and is becoming increasingly attractive for companies seeking functional premises near central Stockholm,” says Anders Nilsson, Head of Asset Management at Stendörren Fastigheter.
The net effect of the new lease agreement contributes to a positive net operating income impact of approximately SEK 3.2 million per year. Occupancy is scheduled to take place during June 2026.
