Stendörren processes personal data in a legal manner and in a way where you as a data subject are given as much insight as possible. The personal data collected shall only be processed for the purposes explicitly stated. Furthermore, Stendörren does not collect more personal data than is necessary to fulfil these purposes.
In addition, Stendörren strives to ensure that personal data is processed in a secure manner, so that unauthorized persons do not gain access to it. Therefore, Stendörren has taken security measures and procedures to ensure this and that the personal data is not destroyed or manipulated.
Stendörren only engages suppliers who provide sufficient guarantees regarding the protection of personal data.
4. STENDÖRREN’S PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Stendörren is the data controller for processing within the Stendörren Group, where Stendörren determines the purposes and means of the processing.
Stendörren processes personal data for different categories of data subjects. These categories mainly consist of contact persons and other employees of our tenants, potential tenants, suppliers and others with whom we come into contact in connection with our business. The personal data is processed for the purpose of being able to carry out our business, such as e.g. invoicing, case management, marketing, etc.
