Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has acquired the warehouse property Yrittäjänkatu 4 in Järvenpää, Finland from S-Bank Property non-UCITS Fund. The total leasable area amounts to approximately 5,500 square meters. The property is fully leased to a tenant on a 9-year lease, and the annual net operating income is estimated to approximately SEK 6 million. Closing is expected to take place on the 18th of December 2025.
"With the fourth acquisition of the year in the Helsinki region, we continue to deliver on our growth strategy and our ambition to reach a critical mass in our new markets. The property's advantageous area distribution, the good technical standard and the long-term lease agreement create a good basis for a stable and attractive return.
