Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has acquired the light industrial property Fyrislund 11:4 in Uppsala from a private seller. The agreed property value is SEK 47 million, with a leasable area of approximately 2,150 square meters. The property was completed in Q3 2025 and is fully let to two tenants. The annual net operating income is approximately SEK 3.4 million. Closing is expected to take place on the 28th of November 2025.
