Stendörren updates its prioritised sustainability targets
During 2025, Stendörren achieved two of its priority sustainability targets relating to energy intensity and the share of certified lettable area. On this basis, the company has decided to update these sustainability targets, for example energy intensity, to max 50 kWh/sqm by 2040. In addition, the company is introducing a new energy target. The revised targets represent a higher level of ambition, are in line with Stendörren’s strategy, and contribute to increased transparency towards investors and other stakeholder.
