Stendörren Fastigheter AB has let approximately 1,500 sqm in Arninge, Täby under a five-year lease agreement . The premises mainly consist of warehouse with a smaller portion of retail area. Possesion will take place during spring 2026.
The lease agreement contributes with additional net operating income of approximately SEK 2.5 million per year. Following the signing of the agreement, Stendörren’s properties in the area are fully let.
“The demand for premises in Arninge remains strong, and we see clear interest in this type of flexible warehouse and retail space. It is positive that we can meet market demand and maintain full occupancy in the area,” says Anders Nilsson, Head of Property Management at Stendörren Fastigheter.
