Stendörren has signed a lease agreement with Södertälje Industriservice AB regarding 11,300 sqm of logistics premises in Almnäs, Södertälje

Stendörren Fastigheter AB has signed a 5.5-year lease agreement with Södertälje Industriservice AB (ISAB) for a logistics building on the property Almnäs 5:23 in Södertälje. The premises of 11,300 sqm comprise an entire building, which will thus be fully leased and completed during Q2 2023. Access to the premises will take place on July 1, 2023.
"We are pleased that ISAB has chosen to establish a large part of its operations in our first newly constructed building in the area. We started the project on speculation and this confirms that, in addition to building sustainable, we also have attractive premises that directly meet the customers' needs. Almnäs is part of the emerging Stockholm South, one of the Stockholm region's largest development areas for logistics, where we have additional production underway," says Maria Jonsson, Head of Development at Stendörren.
