During the second quarter of 2023, Stendörren has signed several new lease agreements in the property Vitgröet 12 in Spånga, Stockholm. Tenants will move in continuously during 2023 and generate increased rental income for Stendörren corresponding to a total annual rent of approximately 4.5 million SEK. The leases relate to premises for various types of public services as well as ordinary office and warehouse premises.

The organizations we have recently signed agreements with will not only offer different types of public services to residents in the area, but also have strong links to Spånga.
