Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) has today divested the industrial asset Täby Åkerby 8 to a private buyer. The asset has a total lettable area of ca 9 600 sq m. The agreed property value is SEK 203 million net which is significantly above the latest valuation. Since the latest valuation the NOI has increased significantly thanks to lettings.
